Constantinos Hadjichristofi is a registered clinical psychologist (378) with the board of registration in Cyprus and a graduate member of the British Psychological Society. He has been trained by Academy of Mindful training at Holland, as a mindfulness teacher for Children. He is trained to provide instruction for children from the ages of 4 years old to 19 years old. He has received his accreditation as a trainer for MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) with the Institute for Mindfulness based approaches at Berlin, the oldest institution training Mindfulness teachers in Europe. He has furthered his studies in the field by becoming a trainer of Mindfulness Based Compassionate living(MBCL) where more emphasis is placed specifically on Compassion and its implications.
As an individual, Constantinos Hadjichristofi believes in the power of volunteering and as such he offers his services pro bono for the Cypriot segment of the Red Cross. He adheres to the holistic approach in life and believes that we need to take care of each other as we are interconnected and inter depended. Following that philosophy he is a member of the ecological group, Friends of the Earth and participates regularly in their activities. Moreover he has been trained by the Shiatsu College of London in Chinese medicine and more specifically in the practice of Chi gong. He offers weekly classes and courses on how we can help our body reach its natural working order (homeostasis).
